Russie: la Banque centrale relève à 21% son taux directeur, au plus haut depuis 2003

Un serrage de vis historique: la Banque centrale russe (BCR) a annoncé vendredi relever son taux directeur de 19 à 21%, son niveau le plus élevé depuis 2003, pour tenter de contenir l'inflation élevée, à 8,6% en septembre selon des chiffres officiels.
