Gericht: Bundesregierung hat gegen Klimaschutzgesetz verstoßen
Die Bundesregierung hat nach einem Beschluss des Oberverwaltungsgerichts Berlin-Brandenburg gegen das Klimaschutzgesetz verstoßen. Der 11. Senat des Gerichts gab am Donnerstag einer Beschwerde von Umweltverbänden statt. Das Gericht stellte fest, "dass die Bundesregierung aufgrund der festgestellten Überschreitungen an zulässigen Treibhausgasemissionen in den Sektoren Gebäude und Verkehr zu einem Beschluss über ein Sofortprogramm verpflichtet ist". Das beschlossene Klimaschutzprogramm 2023 erfüllt nach Auffassung des Senats nicht die Anforderungen an das Sofortprogramm.

Rettungskräfte: Eine Tote bei Schusswaffenangriff in Ost-Jerusalem

Integrationsministerin wirbt für Erleichterungen bei Einbürgerung
Vor der Debatte im Bundestag über das neue Staatsbürgerschaftsrecht hat Integrations-Staatsministerin Reem Alabali-Radovan (SPD) für die geplanten Erleichterungen geworben. "Mit den Regelungen zur Akzeptanz der Mehrstaatigkeit und den verkürzten Einbürgerungsfristen begibt sich Deutschland auf Augenhöhe mit erfolgreichen Einwanderungsländern wie den USA und Kanada", erklärte die SPD-Politikerin. Es werde geprüft, ob die Informationen zutreffen, erklärte das israelische Militär am Mittwoch. Das Anschlagsrisiko habe "eine neue Qualität" erreicht, erklärte Verfassungsschutzpräsident Thomas Haldenwang am Mittwoch in Berlin. "Die Gefahr ist real und so hoch wie seit langem nicht mehr." EU stellt Türkei Visa-Erleichterungen in Aussicht
Die Europäische Union hat der Türkei mögliche Visa-Erleichterungen in Aussicht gestellt. In einem am Mittwoch in Brüssel vorgestellten Sonderbericht zu den Beziehungen empfiehlt die EU-Kommission, "vorrangig mit den Mitgliedstaaten Möglichkeiten auszuloten, um den Zugang zu Visumanträgen zu erleichtern".
