Bundestag hebt Obergrenze für Parteienfinanzierung erneut an

Der Bundesrat hat das Wärmeplanungsgesetz der Bundesregierung gebilligt, wonach Kommunen Wärmepläne für klimafreundliches Heizen vorlegen müssen. Georgien und Moldau gelten künftig asylrechtlich als sichere Herkunftsstaaten. Der Bundesrat stimmte in seiner Sitzung am Freitag mit einer Mehrheit einem entsprechenden Gesetz des Bundestags zu. Bei als sicher geltenden Ländern wird vermutet, dass dort generell keine staatliche Verfolgung zu befürchten ist und der jeweilige Staat vor nichtstaatlicher Verfolgung schützen kann. Mit der Einstufung lässt sich deshalb die Bearbeitung der Asylverfahren beschleunigen.
