Tausende Ärzte beteiligen sich an Warnstreik an Universitätskliniken
Mehrere tausend Ärztinnen und Ärzte haben sich nach Gewerkschaftsangaben am Dienstag an einem Warnstreik der Universitätskliniken beteiligt. Lauterbach: Umsetzung von Klinikreform macht Fortschritte
In die schwierigen Beratungen von Bund und Ländern über die Krankenhausreform kommt offenbar Bewegung. Russland und die Ukraine haben erneut nächtliche Angriffe des jeweils anderen Landes gemeldet. Bei russischen Drohnen- und Raketenangriffen auf die Ukraine wurden in der Nacht zum Dienstag nach Angaben Kiews mindestens zwei Menschen getötet und mehrere weitere verletzt. Russland wehrte nach eigenen Angaben mehrere Drohnenangriffe ab. Indes einigte sich die EU-Botschafter in Brüssel darauf, Zinsgewinne aus eingefrorenen russischen Vermögenswerten künftig für den Wiederaufbau an Kiew weiterzugeben.
Pjöngjang testet wieder Marschflugkörper - Experten vermuten im Auftrag Russlands
Nordkorea hat nach Angaben Südkoreas bei einem erneuten Raketentest mehrere Marschflugkörper abgefeuert. Der südkoreanische Generalstab erklärte am Dienstag, die "unbekannten Marschflugkörper" seien in das Westmeer - die koreanische Bezeichnung für das Gelbe Meer - gefeuert worden. Die pro-britische Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) sprach sich nach mehrstündigen internen Beratungen für ein Abkommen mit der britischen Regierung über die Anwendung der Post-Brexit-Regeln in Nordirland aus, wie Parteichef Jeffrey Donaldson in der Nacht zu Dienstag sagte.
