Die Bundesregierung will gegen Missbrauchsfälle vorgehen, bei denen die Anerkennung von Vaterschaften zur Erschleichung eines Aufenthaltsrechts in Deutschland genutzt wird. Ein am Dienstag bekannt gewordener Gesetzentwurf der Ministerien für Inneres und Justiz sieht eine Verschärfung der bisherigen Anerkennungsregeln vor. Schon bei einem theoretisch möglichen Missbrauch soll die Anerkennung demnach künftig nicht mehr ohne Zustimmung der Ausländerbehörden erfolgen können.
